Can I transfer items between workshops? If so, how?

At CHR 6 you have Local Leader perk. It allows you to establish supply lines between workshops but it is way too boring and you have to assign citizens to it. Just stash all your junk in a single workshop and get what neccessary from time to time.

Thanks, also, I have a bug, I was able to sell and buy stuff to and from my settlers, but now it's bugged.
