[Solved] Leaving Parsons State Insane Asylum

When you move down with your quest guy you jump down a hole.
After you've done your job you need to get out, but how to you get out?
You can't climb out the hole and the elevator goes either down (when you're on the level with the hole) or up (when you're where you've finished the quest).

How do you escape this place? Fast travel isn't working.

There's another elevator in the basement.

I actually didn't follow the questline an npc told me to check the place out so I did using console codes to get past all the doors. Until I realized I couldn't get the elevator to work so I just increased the jump height in console. It works if you really want the syringe gun (dunno if it can be found elsewhere)
