BUG: VISUAL BUG - Greyish colors, blurry edges & brightness problems.
All of a sudden while playing my game went from being the normal Fallout 4 to having a "blurred" tunnel vission effect allong the edges, everything having more dull colors & places looking extremly dark even though I am using my light, requiring me to look at it differently for the brightness to adjust. I am unable to fix this problem and it has been persistent for about 14 hours through normal gameplay now.

The switch happend all of a sudden. In the same save file, the same running game process. Nothing happened I didn't do anything special or restarted anything.

I checked my grapics and nothing has changed. Everything is still at ultra and I can't find any brightness meter. I switched off motion blur which changed nothing.

I am not hurt, crippled, addicted or anything in the game.

Any help is very much appreciated even as to where I can report this to bring it to the attention of Bethesda.

Is it raining in-game? If so, likely turning off "wetness" in the launch window will solve your problem.

No, like I said it has persisted though 14 hours of gameplay. At first I thought it was because it was evening but it is a constant thing.

I have the same problem right now, was using the power armor in combat and after i was done, everything was grey and blurred. i tried turning the wetness and also the motion blur off, but nothing changed.

found a solution, it seems to be a bug with scopes.
use the console commands "rimod 00094636" if you used a night-vision scope when the bug appeared or "rimod 002041B6" if you used a recon scope.

I got this glitch when looking through a recon scope while stepping on a Nuke Mine. This worked for me aswell. Thanks a ton!
