Walking slow although my inventory isnt full

Hey all,

I need fast help my Char is walking really slow and i dont know why.
I still can run, but when im walking normal, hes slow as ♥♥♥♥.
Why?

It's there to toggle "slow walking". It's useful for sneaking, as even in sneak mode enemies hear you if you move quickly.

or you can hold down C and slow-walk, not messing up the caps toggle.

Whenever you access the steam overlay the keys usually stick, tap shift and tab seperately after exiting the steam overlay to revert. Once in a blue moon it will stick on and not release and you will have to restart the game (1 in 100 chance or so).

lol 2 years later, googling around how to fix this damn annoying crap lmao. I'm building my little town dealing with slow walk on cause i thought my character needed sleep or it was fatigued from the radiation. Lol Thank you guys.

I found another soultion if this didnt work! Dont one item out you inventory and youll walk fine again. i think its a carry weight glitch
