Heavy blue paint can stuck in inventory. "quest" item.

This thing is wasting 5lbs of my carry weight. But I can't remove it because it's a "quest" item. I already completed the associated quest and I still can't remove it.

Will using the console to remove it disable achievements?

How do you remove it with the console. I tried the commands and it didn't seem to work? Isn't it player.removeitem and the object ID?

Yeah, I did a search to find the ID.

help "blue paint" 0

The 0 returns all results regardless of type. It reported an ID of 0001D95A with no mods being used, then used player.removeitem 0001D95A 1

I wonder what's so hard about making quest items just weight nothing when you're not able to figure out how to "unlock" them AFTER the quest is done.
This isn't the first time nor the only quest that has this issue and given that this was already a problem in other Beth games I doubt it will be the last time : (

Same, made the same mistake of also picking up excess paint due to not expecting this crap.

Atleast I was lucky enough to not raid the store before getting the quest which would have screwed me over even more.
