Launch options that gave me somehow a fps boost
It worked for me to gain hella more fps by using some launch options.

-nojoy (only if you don´t use a controler)
-high (sets priority to high)
-threads x (replace x with the number of your cores)
-fullscreen (sets f4 to fullscreen)

Let me know if you also get some more fps.

Thank you very much! It definitely improved my fps but still kind of unplayable. Went from like 10 fps to 25-30 lol. Still waiting for that SLI support.

I can't help you there but I run -novid -full -theads 8 -high -nojoy
-high (focuses cpu on the game rather than the other processes going on in the background)
-full is the same as fullscreen
