Crashing on startup

So yes my computer can run the game, and ive tried almost everything. But it keeps crashing as soon as i hit play. Any one else ?

Classic Steam Overlay issue, caused by your video card & drivers being out of resources.

You may want to try turning off the overlay for Fallout.

Right click F4 in library, properties, untick enable overlay. None of these have worked for me.

In the meantime I've got it running = that is: once. As soon as I quit game and restart later, I have to reboot. Turning the overlay off doesn't change that btw, tried that as instructed

I find I have to keep hitting play. after 8-10 tries the game finally loads. After loading game plays ok on med settings. Paid $80 for a B quality game at this time..Way too many bugs. Game should be on early acess for $20 at most.
