Does Power Armor Respawn?
I know power are is leveled to your character, i.e. finding PA at a certain location at level 10 might present a t45 PA, while finding it at level 20 might give you a t51 PA. But do these power armor skeletons, once discovered, respawn?

umm I'd think not?

Well, if its level to you, and is random what you find, why would it behave differently than regular items that respawn? Searching a chest and later coming back, you'll notice the contents are refreshed.

If it doesn't respawn, that would mean you would want to hold out on finding power armor, as finding them at higher levels yeilds more powerful armor.

I have encountered a raider in PA who respawned, as wel as a suit I had recovered before. Though my game has been bugging alot lately, so I'm not 100% sure.

I saw these posts a few days ago while I was looking for the answer to this question myself. It turns out that they do respawn (although I'm not sure how long in game. It took mine approx 4 months in game time). And some of the other pieces were missing. For example, I found only torsos and arms where there once were full sets of armor. I hope this helps!

EDIT: I also forgot to mention that the platform I was playing on was Xbox One. I'm sure the mechanics will be similar as it's essentially the same code across platforms. Also, I haven't been able to get the x-01 suit to respawn on the top floor of 35 Court. Even when I started a second character, no power armor spawned at all. But from what I hear, that area is majorly bugged.

I think power armor respawn after 30 days like other loot if the power armor that was there earlier has been moved off that spot not confirmed but that is what i think

I have a Xbox One and Fallout 4 and so I went to court 35 and killed everything and opened the door thing and got T-60 I came there for X-01 how could I get it to respawn?

The type of power armor that spawns is dependent on your level. Some locations will have a higher chance of better armor, but again it comes down to level. Once you get past 40ish you'll see a lot more advanced power armor.

trying to get raider power armor, there was supposed to be a full set in the glowing sea but it was just the head torso and right arm, time to wait a long ass time i guess

Furniture frames do not respawn. Enemies in frames do respawn.

If you missed out on all the X-01 spawns, Rowdy at Atom Cats and that brotherhood supply guy sell them on rare occasions. Good rule of thumb, wait till your 35 to go to 35 court.

They do not, but take heart, certain ones are guaranteed to spawn as X-01 because of their location alone. The "Abandoned Shack" in the Glowing Sea is one such place, the only thing that is level and luck dependent is how many pieces spawn on the frame.

Bit of a necro maybe, but I wanted to find out if there was any way that "standalone" (ie standing in location without wearer) frames would spawn level-appropriate sets on cell load or on inventory interaction?

The reason is I just found the frame on the Graygarden overpass, which appeared to be a full suit of good-shape T51 on approach... until I opened the inventory and it phased to a rusty T45. If it's decided on cell load then I'm screwed, but if it's on inventory interact then I might come back for it later instead.
