Glitches in Fallout 4?

So I've been messing around with console commands after finishing the game. I used God Mode and fell into some molten iron and now my character has these red gore pieces sticking out of me and when I sneak first person it obstructs my view. Anyone else have this problem?

I haven't used any cheats and I still have it ever since the ironworks place. Did you find a fix?

Had one where your player goes stiff talking to someone but after talking went back to normal.
Only other one was at the Boston Police Rationing Site. Tried going through the basement and the door wasn't active. You could pretty much walk through the door into a tiny closet. Just went back to a previous quicksave and it worked. Nothing game-breaking so far.

found this: go to 3rd person
get into console commands
select yourself

type unequipall,
let everything be unequipped, this will include unequipping your pipboy,
then select yourself and type recycleactor it

heres a glitch dont go into 3rd person view and go in the console and click yourself AND type resurrect

just type "reycleactor" while selected yourself shoud remove all Grafical effects on you - you wont lose as thing it just puts a Vault 101 Suit on your Inventory and Wears that is the only side effect.
Resurrect wont do the job same as unequip :P
Perfect way to get rid of a lot of Glitches ;-)
