Show No Mercy Vertibird bug

Enterting the vertibird does not advance the quest, I just land and my objective still is to use the vertibird. Halp.

Same here, this quest seems bugged. The Vertibird just takes me back and forth between the Prydwen and the Airport.

Happened to me as well. Since 2 issues have been raised, let me answer both:

1. Vertibird isn't appearing: the vertibird appears as soon as you walk over to the bridge (opposite side from the vertibird that takes you to the airport). If all else fails, just take the vertibird to the airport and then go back up. The other vertibird for the quest should be there now.
2. Can't enter vertibird: save, then quit the game (to main menu is fine). Next, reload your save. You should now be able to enter the vertibird.

Also, you can also just jump down and go to the fort yourself. The vertibird is only a small part of the quest, but be warned: the enemies there are super tough ;)

I watched a play through on You Tube on the PS4, the Player lands at the airport goes right through a door/tunnel and there was a Vertibird waiting to the right near the water. However on my PC version there is no Vertibird just a guy standing in the water. Devs please fix this is a huge quest breaker. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197965827084/screenshots/

I had this problem also. Try going back up to the blimp. You will see the bird attached ont he other platform. The pilot says "detaching" or something. so I think the gunship being at ground level is the bug.

You dont need to board it. Just go to the fort and start fighting and it skips the previous steps (it did for me).

This just occurred on my play-through as well. The marker was set on a vertibird suspended on the Prydwen, and I was stuck traveling between the Prydwen and another vertibird on the ground.

However, when I saved and re-started the game, I boarded the Prydwen to discover the quest marker had relocated itself to another, previously undocked vertibird in the opposite hangar.

This happened to me too, and it turned out that my Vertibird was pretty much directly below the Prydwen. Since some people were saying they couldn't get to theirs from the ground, I jumped off the ship (in my power armor) and landed right by it. Didn't take a ton of damage and got to advance the quest.

I wouldn't recommend going on foot if you can avoid it. That fight would be rough without the Vertibird.

Vertibird might have landed on the ground opposite of the docked vertibird. Quest marker shows the docked vertibird because it takes you to the grounded vertibird near the airport. I used power armor to jump off the docking platform opposite of the empty vertibird on the prydwen and landed next to the vertibird that you need to ride to get to the fort.

When I load my game, the vertibird flies away from the ground and docks at the Prydwen, It wouldn't let me board the gunship. What do I do? I tried different saves but no succes.
