ArcJet Systems

So i explored ArcJet systems, but i never got the "cleared".

Is there a way to explore all of the ground floor? I see some terminals behind the broken glass but i can find no way of getting back in there. The doors are busted.

First floor is extensive and has several protecterons, turrets and what not. There is also a "ramp" in the back that leads down to the ground floor but apart from a safe the way is blocked.

Have i missed something? What warrants a "CLEARED" tag?
