[Bug] Can't open door to ArcJet testing lab

I get on the terminal, and I select [ > Security Door Control] and then [Open Door]. Then it says "Accessing maglocks...", and after about three seconds it says "Security lock released. Opening doors...", but nothing actually happens. The terminal is stuck at the "Opening doors..." screen forever, and if I go back to the previous screen, it says "STATUS: Locked". Any ideas how to open that f-ing door? Loading a save didn't work.

EDIT: After I exited the building, the quest finally progressed and the door opened.

After I posted that, it eventually turned out that I had that problem with all doors using maglocks. Long story short, after removing the 'iFPSClamp=60' setting from one of the ini files (can't remember which one), the problem is gone now.
