Black and White Vision, Bug or no?

Happily playing away when suddenly I get black and white vision, not fully but heavily desaturated and blurry towards the edges like tunnel vision.

Checked, nothings crippled, saved/reloaded, waited/slept, ot irradiated or addicted. Nothing seems to make it go away. Am I missing something?

Thanks bro, absolute legend! Was just trying to fix it and noticed it was the exact same effect as the recon scope I was using at the time. Realized it must have been an overlay glitch, was getting in and out of power arrmor hoping that would fix it lol.

You really need to be on PC for Bethesda games, I would probably have to reload and lose 40 mins of gameplay now if it was on a console.

I guess they still havn't fixed this bug, but with your help its gone.. ty. it was giving me a headache trying to figure out just what happened when I walked thru the door and got a case of blurry tunnel vision

If this http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=755340095 is the effect we're talking about using that console command didnt fix it. Happened when I went to the gate of the galactic place.

Keeps happening randomly in the glalactic place, going back the the same spot after loading a save does not trigger the glitch again. Its completely random, ive not seen this in the main park area where all the gangs are.

For me to fix I load a different gun (with a different scope), and then use vats to lock onto an enemy then engage. As it goes through through the animations it resets to normal.
