Possible to max out every skill?

I was just wondering if it's possible to max out every major skill. I actually prefer not having to specialize, so...

I heard FO4 have no level limit, which means if you level up high enough, you will eventually max out everything on the list.

max level is about 250. at around that level you have enough perk points to have all of them. of course, at that point youll be completely unkillable due to your massive health pool regardless of your armor.

You're pretty wrong since the level cap is gone. And you could nearly get 100 everything in New Vegas if you do it right.
