Emergent Behavior Quest? *slight spoilers*

So I got the quest to help Curie out and I read you have to talk to Doctor Amari in Goodneighbor, but she always just says her same basic lines and won't give me dialogue options. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Same here. I'd imagine there's another quest involving the doctor or some other trigger before you can progress Curie's quest but I haven't found it.

somewhat spoils if you havent got far into main quests. have you completed the main quest leading up to finding that doctor, like the brain mission with nick valentine? I just got her to turn into a synth, but I really dislike the character they choose for her.

Yeah I figured that was the problem because I made it to the town at the same time as what you mentioned so I finished it up to where Dogmeat shows you the exact building to go into and I went back and talked to her and still the same thing. I guess I'll try again when I'm further into the story.

I figured it out thanks to a Reddit post. You do have to get to a certain stage in the main story quest. I won't give away any spoilers... it is really obvious once you get there.

Really? Well that's weird. I was able to do it immediately after merging with Valentine and walking through that one guys' memories. You should be able to if you went all the way through the story.

I finnished the quest dangerous Minds and after that Amari only speaks her basic lines, I am starting to become greatly vexed by first Dog meat disappearing halting my storyline progress and now this
