Perk Poster won't scroll down?
For some reason, when I go to choose Perks, I can't see past the third tier of Perk choices. And there seems to be no way of scrolling down the page. What am I doing wrong?

Right click and drag.

You dont have to right click, just move the mouse to the bottom of the screen. Took me a while as well.
