Fort hagen(where to go?)

So do I need to get past the chained doors in there? iv killed The syth in there but cant get to the leader syth but killed him through the concrete but I cant actually reach that room. Not sure where to go next since this is main quest mission. Maybe im suppost to go else where at Fort hagen?

Well i actually found the way, maybe its because the maps are not that great but there is a way to go there from inside and its not really hidden. Kinda easy to get lost in that building just!

There is an elevator when you reach the end of the building take it to go below

Go around the building to the south and go down the stairs.

For those who are still playing now, I figured if you command your companion to pick something up past that barrier between you and the synth leader and then follow them, they will lead you there.
