Weathervane: Camp Kendall (Railroad questline)
I'm right there at the bandit camp, and I can see theres an area where I can walk ontop of the building but I can't find anyway to reach it. I'm supposed to set up MILA up there or whatever, at least that's what the waypoint says.

For those like me who don't like watching video's, there is a gondola lift connecting it to a nearby building (follow the wire)
