Mama murphy chair bug [FIX]

The answer to this solution is simpler than you think, no console commands necessary.
Most players have placed this chair and complained both it and mama murphy have vanished, if this is the case with you too she might just be on the roof of where you placed it. (In my case it was the house with all the crafting tables)

The way to fix this bug is to LITERALLY shoot her feet, she actually gets up and runs around or falls through, the town will be hostile for a very short moment and then everything returns to normal and you can move the chair.
