Pull the Plug bug?

When I did the quest for sully the mirelurks showed up but the quest did not complete. Then when I came back later The raiders were there. I killed sully and the quest is still active. If anyone knows the id for Pull the Plug or a command/way to fix it. Please help if you can.

How much later did you have to wait to come back? I killed the mirelurks but Sully just says come back later...

Same here i cleared the place from raiders and the quest is still active

I dont even have a quest. I found the quarry randomly, turned the valves, and started the pump. Two mirelurks came and thats it. nothing else has happened. I assume the water is suppose to recede but it hasnt.

For me it is, even though I did that command

I did the console commands, but the water isn't drained
