Tina De Luca, Vault 81 *Spoilers*
Again *SPOILERS*

Tina keeps talking about how shes looking forward to come and live in my settlement and see the wasteland etc. However, she just keeps fiddling with the damn generator instead of getting a move on. I've left the location and done other stuff in the mean time, such as waiting and even sleeping, however. I just returned, and shes still there, talking about how shes looking forward to getting a move on.

Anyone else found this problem? Also, any way to give her a boot in the butt so she will actually get a move on?

I tried forcing her to a settlement using a variety of console commands. She would immediately wander off.

Was going to go back and play around with some console commands to reset the quest, force some stages, etc and see exactly what cna be done to get her to work properly.
Hobo Misanthropus Feb 16, 2016 @ 6:09pm
Yeah, this is a bug, don't know how reported to Bethesda it is and if they will ever fix it.

There is a Non-Console-Command way to get Tina De Luca to appear at your settlement though, however you have to kill her brother (Bobby?) in self defense by antagonizing him into attacking.

Vault 81 is probably the worst block of content, both story-wise and QA wise, with tons of both internally inconsistent lore and erratic bugs. Go there, buy Overseer's Gaurdian, and leave.
RadarCDN Feb 16, 2016 @ 6:26pm
I heard this wasn't a bug, but cut content that didn't exactly get completely cut.

I heard the way this works is that you need to get her to move to your settlement before you do the whole *Spoilers* Cure thing, so you need to do it before you get the cure from the robot.

That makes no sense because it is Bobbi's jet habit that starts the Hole in the Wall quest. Who knows, I will give that a try next play through.

So, apperantly she will go properly if you taunt bobby into attacking you so you can kill him (This wont work unless he attacks you and dies, if you just kill him, she wont go.)

You realize you can only do that AFTER completing Hole in the Wall and blaming everything on Bobbi.

Between them two posts I am begining to think you are just requoting crap you read and have done very little of it yourself.

Not to meniton antagonizing Bobbi has alreayd been mention at least three times in the last two pages of this topic.

Well uhh.. You know.. I did write "I heard" and "Apperantly" showing that I do not know this for a fact. I did find a youtube video that shows that if you, during the talk with him in his room, make him attack you and then you kill him, you can go back, to her, and she will say something about it being a silver lining and that his death was her ticket out of there.

The video showed the youtuber killing Bobby and then returning to her, after passing a speech check he can choose where he wants to send her.

Heres the video:

So ya, in other words you were circulating unproven rumors and information.

It you dont like being corrected, then dont repeat anything unless you can prove it being right.

The rumors came from the wiki, where they have been verified, the video too is proof that is true..

It seems you're picking a fight over nothing here.

Stop being a douche, I tried to help, i provided proof for my statements, take it or leave it.

In fact, if you're going to continue to be an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to someone offering their help (And again, proving that what they said was true) then just leave it.

Ok, so you are requoting crap put on the wiki.

You are still ignorant of the fact that your posts contradict each other. You said to antagonize Bobbi BEFORE the Hole in the Wall quest which frees Curie.

However antagonizing Bobbi only occurs AFTER the Hole in Wall quest is resolved.

Yet you insist your info is correct.

You help was wrong with the first post, your help in the second post was a repeat of what others had already said.

Do some fact checking, read what other people have alreayd written, you might actually learn something instead of requoting crap from a wiki.

Which by the way, those wikis are incomplete and not 100% accurate. Nobody verifies that stuff on a wiki, it sits there true or not until someone else comes along and corrects it.

As for picking a fight over nothing, I simply corrected the WRONG information you were passing around as being correct.

You can not even type a spoiler right.

I subscribed in order to see if anyone had come up wiht a workign set of consoel commands to fix the problem.

Then he comes along posting wrong information. I just aint the type to sit by and let people give out wrong information. It spreads like a virus. Look back at all the wrong information spread around back in November. People still read that crap and think it is true.

Especially considering he started the topic three months ago and still has not figured out the correct way Hole in the Wall and Dependancy work together. Even when it was pointed out to him.

Unlike you I dont live my life on the Steam forum, picking fights with random people.

I told you what I heard, I never even once said it was correct.

I only pointed out the information I had verified by watching the video.

You really must be lacking something in your life if you get this hostile over a someone trying to help in a video game.

And by the by, I started this thread, that is why I answered your question as well as I could, trying to help, but, i guess people like you will always be ♥♥♥♥♥.

I am done, I dont really care.

If you want her to go to your camp, you have to go defeat the 3 dragons on mount doom and then sacrifice a virgin to the god of gnomes. (Mind you, you yourself does not count for that sacrifice seeing as he'd like a female virgin, not a male one)

Once you've done that Tina will pull off her mask and it turns out she was a lizard person all along.

I think Vault 81 was originally meant to have a lot more depth than it currently does.

Considering the things you can say to the kid who gives you the tour (Almost sounds like you can foment distrust of the Overseer and possibly take over) to the "Love Triangle" between Tina and the Husband and Wife, because if you notice, Tina or the Married guy appear in a little storeroom at different times during the day, so I think the story was cut for you to "Discover them" and fill out the plot/story

Also, the way people in the vault keep hinting about keeping up with the upkeep of the vault before it comes down on their heads etc

So I don't know, but it seems that there was a lot more intended for Vault 81 that either got cut, or was too buggy and they couldn't finish, or that you could become Overseer and have Vault 81 as one of your settlements

I bet modders will find some hints when the GECK is released of unfinished quests/storylines
