Vault Locations - Probably Location Spoilers!?

I hope to start this Thread so people can help other locate the Vaults in the game.

Known Vault Locations:
Vault 111 - Near "Sanctuary" - Main Story Mission Location
Vault 81 - Near "Diamond City" - Thriving Vault
Vault 95 - Near "Edge of the Glowing Sea" - Heavy Gunner area, bring your best loadout.
Vault 114 - Accessed via Park Street - Near "Swans Pond","Massachesetts State House","Hubris Comics" - Triggermen guard the vault
Vault 75 - Inside "Madline School" Basement - Gunners and a small quest inside

These are the only known Vaults that i have found. I have explored the entire map and gotten all the map marker locations, i assume the rest of the vaults are within these Map Markers. If anyone finds any please post them in this thread, location, what it is close to help norrow it down as much as possible.

I was close to a vault when i first started playing, but i can't for the life of me remember where it is... damn it
