Blurry screen/green tint? ( maybe from a crit HS)

so i have about 20-30 hours on the game but recently the screen for the most part has been blurry. besdies directly in front of me. Also theres a green tint that wont go away. Yes im aware of the storms but thats not this.

Ive rested for like 120 hours in game, cured my self, no rads, no additions nothing.

anyyone know of a fix or?

You have scope bug. I have it with the recon scope currently. The rimod command will get rid of it, but im not sure what the ID of the effect is. the teofis command gets rid of it but takes out the whole UI in the process.
