Teleportation bug

This has happened to me twice now. It's not a big deal, it's actually kind of comical. When I go into a new area and ready one of my weapons and use ADS, I get "sling-shotted" about a couple hundred feet.

The first time I got flung to the right off of a building and the second time I got flung up into the air a several hundred feet and.....of course, fell to my death.

Weird, but kind of funny.

I have had a simmilar thing happen. Sometimes after I save, when I look through my scope I will be teleported across the map. If I am in a building it will just be a few feet but if I am in the commonwealth it will be quite a distance (and often I will be in the air and fall to my death).

I've also had this happen in a few different ways, and teleported both forward and backward. It seems to happen only when I sight a firearm while moving, and usually while in crouch/hide.

The forward teleportation has happened three or four times when using the scope on a sniper rifle. Ususally it moves me near the spot I was looking, though one time it shot me across the map. Sometimes I can tell I'm moving and sometimes the view through the scope is just suddenly different, and there I am.

The backward teleportation I only experienced recently (after 100+ hours of gameplay) while using iron sight on a shotgun. It moved me backward about 20 yards or so, roughly to a place I had been before.
