From what I've seen in my 64 hours until now is, that this seems to become more frequent, the longer the game session is running but this can be totally wrong and based on my own perception.
In generall I can't even say that it is frequent, sometimes in happens nearly every time, sometimes I ain't got this issue for hours.
This really needs to be adressed ASAP in a patch as this, even if only happening once, can kill you (playing on survival).
I also realized that when the weapon is finally loaded, if you change to the previous one, and the back, is quicker. I mean, if you swap to a recently used weapon, it does not happen (they are being cached or something).
This is absolutely game breaking. It is my biggest problem for now.
Yeah it was a huge oversight for bethesda, it seems it's because the weapon needs to load and the mods on it so it is the same as loading multiple weapons at one time for the earlier games which the engine was not designed to handle.
