Nani shimashou ka is Japanese.......
Nani shimashou ka IS Japanese, you hear it like every time you walk into a small store or sit at one of those street bar style food carts. Employees usually say it right after saying "Yōkoso" in an informal manner for small local businesses (hey/welcome) or in a more formal manner "Irasshaimase" (formal proper welcome) So it's a "dirty translation" (an impercise translation that conveys the meaning, not the litteral word for word) of the same thing you hear in many small stores and pizza shops in the U.S. and basically comes across as "what can i do for you" or "what can I get you?"

Codsworth had a conversation with the noodle robot. According to the subtitles it was about which robot factory was better.
