But even in Fallout NewVegas the clocks where froze at 9:47. If i remember correctly Fallout 1 the orginal was near California and also mentioned 9:47. I assume time zones where removed at some point in the FallOut universe. Specially since the bombs hit west to east. Also the Fallout universe seems to teeter on am or pm as there been times night was mentioned, and Fallout 4 definetly shows morning.
Not sure which is cannon correct.
Also, I seen the skeleton in the window of the house prior the bomb falling and i think i seen a pumpkin or two. But there is lots of houses not in the caldesac as they are blocked.
just survived blast and was perflectly preserved for 210 years..... not bad for chinese imports !
