halloween theme?

why is there halloween decorations all over especially in my settlement, did the bombs drop on halloween? i dont remember any in the intro.

The date when the bombs dropped was October 20th (I think) 2077 so it was close to Halloween.

its possible during the 200 years that someone else had lived in the sanctuary prior to you an that they couldve put them up? its not like they just popped up, have some imagination lol

That doesn't explain the pre-war decorations though. The decorations the OP is talking about are in the destroyed houses before anyone even moved in there.

Close enough, and there are some hints that Halloween is soon in the game.

Such things are some stores having plastic Pumpkin things and that the main character can in the begining talk about "Carving pumpkins" instead of going to the park

game time but our seasons are opposte here in australia but if you look on your pipboy it says the month so i assume it is the us seasons?

yh but these decorations look destroyed, also who would celebrate halloween in the apocolypse i think they already have real ghouls and monsters to be worried about.
