Graphics bug: Black and White Colour effect filter stuck

This started several hours ago and persists through restarting the client. I think it's a bug, I'm hoping there is some way to force a refresh?

I have found a solution from someone with a different scope bug.

Bring up the console and type in "rimod 002041B6"

Had this bug too, just went back to a early save that didn't have this problem.

Thanks for that console command. Fix it for me. It started at the middle of Dunwich Borers, which made the already creepy place extra creepy... Those who have been there knows what I am talking about.

I`m having this problem too, in Oburlund when its raining... The above fix didn`t work for me... Its very frustrating...

According to Redit the fix depends on the used scope;

Bug appeared whilst using night-vision scope: 'rimod 00094636'
Bug appeared whilst using recon-vision scope: 'rimod 002041B6'

I wasn`t using any scopes. It just happened when I found Oburlund and started talking to the settlers. I back tracked, it hasn`t happened since. I still have a lot of graphical glitches though. I`ve just found out that my card (HD 6970) is now classed as a legacy card and won`t be getting any driver updates. Time to upgrade, or build a new PC me thinks.
