Escort brotherhood scribe

I've tried this multiple times and he keeps killing himself, either by just running and getting lost. teleporting into the sky and falling to his death. or by just literaly disapearing.

Or this time from having a vertibird crash land on him. Is this actually possible or is he scripted to kill himself?

Or charges head on into a super mutant camp instead of following and sneaking like a normal follower and dies.

I can't even get to this quest. I did semper invicta and danse wont even initiate another quest...

He pulled his weapon and engaged a legendary mr gusty that was aprox 500m away. I give up, he can stay dead.

you have to progress the main story until the brotherhood airship arives from washington to continue the BOS quest chain.

How do you get Danse to give you another quest? Do I just need to do something else or what? He literally just tells me about how he wants a vertibird...

i found the scribe tend to die easily from just about everything.
those missions scream POWER ARMOR because you have no time to make covert advances.

remember your escorting steve urkel in a warzone, Jet abuse is mandatory

I might have found a work around... if you pickpocket and add stimpacks, the scribe will use them in combat

I don't understand these missions are easy. Just fast travel to wherever and clear the rooms usually it'll be somewhere ages ago where you are totally overlevelled and all enemies are 1-2 shot kills.

That mission was a royal PITA. I had the one to escort them to the GNN Network Building (or whatever it's called). I tried multiple times and even went as far as to try trapping them with my companion in a room with only one exit. I still couldn't git er dun without them running blindly into a group of Gunners only to be taken out by a nade or just overwhelming odds.

I gave up after about 6-7 tries.

i accidentally stepped on the scribes toe and he died just now....
litterally seconds from fastraveling back to the prydwen

i got issue with a scribe getting pass a mission. we coming to the mission point at the computer to read a data, usually the scribe coming to computer, but right now in a row second time he staying and do nothing. What i doing wrong?
