Feathered Dress location

All i know is that Irma in the Good Neighbor wears it... i want that outfit without killing her... :(

You can't even kill her, I tried.
It's a full outfit with no armor unfortunatly, it's really annoying, such a fancy dress just to be useless.

Here's the console ID : 001B5F1B
It's wearable by the player so it means there must be a way to obtain it, just don't know how. Watch out if your character got long hair, it clips through the fur around the neck.

Yes, you can kill her but only after the quest about sliver shroud. And yea ive got the code too :)

Ah, I get it now. So only way to get that dress with no cheats is by murdering the pr0stitute?

If you have the pickpocket skill at rank 4 you can steal the outfit from her anytime. If you get ballistic armor mods from the railroad, you can add armor to the dress. At armorer rank 4 you can give clothing 110 ballistic/energy damage resistance.

ya but in the end when you look at the stats it's not really worth it, armor parts with bonus is way more interesting and powerful.

it's retextures, there's no new armor models right now

They support alpha channel, what makes them look pretty close to new models.

Because there's hardly any other topics they want to post in, so they have to resort to older ones.
And yes, i had to pickpocket her in goodneighbour to get the dress, or just kill her and never found it in that clothing store.
