ULTRA textures looking blurry or low quality.
Hi. I started up the game and the launcher detected that i could play ULTRA textures.
After I start the game the whole environment looks low quality even though at the beginning it said that I was playing with ULTRA textures.
Even the menu text looked blurry.

I'm starting to think I'm suffering from this. A lot of outfits I've been wearing look horrible texture wise. hehe

its the art style that makes it look blurry over time you get use to it

No. It's not that.
I've seen screenshots from the game (PC) and it doesn't looks quite like what I've experienced.
For explame. On character creation, the commands "(S) Face" or "(E) Exit" for example look like a pack of bits. I could hardly read that it said Face or anything.

Make sure you are running at your monitor or TV's native resolution that should take care of any blurriness. If I go down to 720p on my 1080p TV it looks blurry because it has to upscale. You can test this by running in a window and see if it looks clearer.

A few textures on rock edges are blurry and stretched but otherwise no issue like you are describing, Sorry you can't enjoy the game as a PC gamer should.

Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date, if you haven't updated your Nvidia drivers in a while, the textures will look dodgy, the latest drivers address this.

On windowed mode it looked pretty good. I'll fix it.

I think my copy is missing the textures. Do I have to buy them seperately? Do they only come with the season pass or CE? Or maybe the physical copy in a bag?

I turned off motion blur. Less noticable now.

sometimes outfit is blurry sometimes not, sometimes its blurry from the back & normal from the front, same with armor, it looks like in some games when texture gets loaded half way, worse then it would look like on low settings without that blur bug

I am using old monitor from early 2000s, it's native res is 720p, but i set it to 900p. No way i am decreasing that, i don't want huge icons all over the place with pixelated edges, i rather have some slight blur on some textures than pixelsization all over, due to even lower resolution!
