Prototype Sentry MkIV ??

So, against the advice of the logs in the terminal, I activate the robot, but it was not hostile. It kind of just... sat there... asking me not to intrude in security stuff. I then proceeded to blow it up and it wasn't attacking back. Anybody know whats upw ith this? Will I regret blowing this guy up?

Found him too, doesn't appear to work at all. It should be getting mobile and killing raiders for me at USAF Olivia, but it just sits there.

In the vain hope that this message helps at least someone before the thread gets pushed back into Oblivion.

Bring up the console with tilde, click on the sentry bot and type "resurrect" no quotation marks, sorts him out.

Awsome, I also realized if I go back to the console I can give the sentry orders to defend certain locations. and Thanks for the fix!

Eject the holotape from the console and use it in your Pipboy, you can give commands from there.

Worked for me and i sent him somewhere & followed him around.. He literally disappeared into thin air after a few minutes though..??? Lol

From the information in the tape and terminal it sounds like one can find a uniform or suit of the "men in black" or some other identifier to make the robot think you're its owner perhaps more commands would unlock then.

When i turned it on i got the ability to send it to 4 locations.

I was wearing an army uniform, thinks your its handler
