Yeah I'm experiencing the same thing. I'm in the Corvega Assembly Plant and all of a sudden my health and Dogmeat is constantly dropping. Checked effects under status tab in Pip-Boy and nothing is showing. I've used all my Stimpacks and food and still health is continuously dropping until I'm dead.

Could it be Rad overdose?
Emray Nov 11, 2015 @ 5:33am
i didn't have rad at all when i entered and only had a bit when i left, so i don't think rad was the issue

Same to me under a bridge, after a flamethrower attack. I thought the flames were burning me, so I jumped into the water but nothing happened. I checked on the pipboy too and there was nothing about injuries or health drop.

So, wtf? I reloaded a previous save and all was ok...

Seriously? No one knows a cause or solution? I can't exactly continue if my health is just steadily dropping for no reason.

[Reproducible status effect bug. Commonly occurs when certain status effects fail to be discontinued by the corresponding switch (eg radaway & others). Intermittent testing has show that the bugged status effect becomes locked in and is saved as such in any subsequent save files. Fix used in testing is to revert to a save made prior to bugged status effect lock in. Unaffected saves must be loaded at a clean start up of the game, as loading a bugged save before loading a known unaffected save will cause the bugged status effect to carry through to the unaffected save.]

So have fun trying to figure out exactly when the bugged status effect happed. You may be best of loading a save that you know for sure you made before the play session in which you first noticed the hp dropping.

I believe for me it was burning, as it happened right after a molotov. Luckily I had an old.

Just like I said, for me it was burning too (flamethrower). I just reloaded a previous save.

i think if you quicksave, then let it kill you, you will load in after you die and then the bug will be gone. At least thats how i got rid of it.
