Missing libscepad, yet have it
I have installed and reinstalled the gem 3 timee and i keep getting the message" The program can't start because libScePad.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I have the file in the steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\ location but i keep getting the message when using the executable. (And no i didn't pirate; i wasted $60 to be extremely pissed)
