Are there any yellow hats in this game?

Ever since I was little, my dream was to be the man in the yellow hat from Curious George in a post-apocalyptic wasteland. I even have a fanfic called "Yellow Hat: Fury Road." I purchased this game expecting all of my man in the yellow hat dreams to come true, and I burst with excitement upon finding the first material I needed- a yellow trenchcoat. It had started- the yellow hat-ening. But the costume had felt incomplete- I needed to most important apparel: the yellow hat itself. Is there any location in which a yellow yat is located so that my dreams can come true?

NOTE: This post was obviously a joke- being post-apocalyptic yellow hat man isn't my dream. But it'd be pretty funny anyway, so it'd be cool if someone could tell me if there were any yellow hats in the game for me to wear.

I have found a yellow fedora. Wearing it with my yellow trench coat as i write this. Which lead me to searching "yellow hat" in the discussion section and thus, finding this comment.
