U will need DXCPL from Microsoft (google it)
Open this tool, then add the Fallout4.exe to the list.
Set Force WARP cobobox
Click Ok or Apply
The game will run in DX10 mode
Watched the intro, GFX fails to work at all (as it supposed to do)
