How does this look to you?
That is on Ultra - every setting. I'm using the highest AA, thinking about moving to FXAA.
edit: this video shows what I was talking about previously.

on low it looks a lot less blurry because all it's doing is taking away ambient occlusion and that sort of thing. The graphics are exactly the same for the most part except for the "blurring" to make it look "better". Like I said I don't know what options it has, to turn off blurring you might have to set it on Low/Medium and turn AA up full and turn res up full to get the best non blurred look.
Same issue here...GeForce GTX 650 (1gb edition), AMD FX8350 (8-core) @ 4.3ghz, 8gb ram.
I average between 40-60 FPS, with a bit of microstutter here and there as well, so performance isn't that big of a deal for me.
No matter what texture settings used, ini's edited, texture mods used...after about 2 or 3 minutes, everything just goes blurry...like water colors or someone took the smudge/blur tool in PS and used it all over the game...
For reference.. other games look great and run fine on my system; GTA 5, High settings...no issues, Dying Light is maxed out, no blur...and several other games run and look the way they should...just not Fallout 4.
Thought it was my video card, still could be to a degree, but if every other looks and plays well, then it's gotta be on Fallout 4's end of things... :(
I have heard of the cave thing in FONV but not FO4. I have been into caves since.. Don't think it is going to fix it.
Mine started happening when I was in Diamond City and I alt-tabbed out for a minute to check the wiki.. then when I got back in my res was 720p and i quit the game.. now my game is back to 1080p but its all watery >.< Can't play like this anymore.. its driving me nuts. Makes me feel like I have water in my eyes.
