I assume there's one in diamond city. The first doctor I found that can clear rads, chems & fix limbe & what not was with the brotherhood of steel.

there is actually one close to the starting point within 4 inchs of your starter city just forget which location it was at.

theres one in concord, sitting at a small camp in a parking lot, though I can't quite remember compass directions, she is on the outskirts of the city

Yeah....I accidently shot her trying to get out of the diaglouge quickly....was totally worth it, 10 stimpacks and 8 radaway at the beginning of the game, I've been set ever since lol
