Marking the map
I saw that on consoles you can press x or something to put a marker on the map. I haven't been able to figure out how to do this on PC. Anyone know?

Right click the map and select mark. At least I believe this is right.

I can't get this to work either. I've tried every button on the keyboard/mouse.

Clicking does nothing

This is how it's working for me at this very moment.
1. Go to map in the Pip-Boy
2. Click on a non-landmark (places you can fast travel) location.
3a. If there is no marker on the map, marker is placed.
3b. If a marker is already on the map, two options appear ("Remove Marker" and "Move marker)...marker either relocates to new spot or is completely removed.

Dunno what's going on w/ your game...just fast travel close to where you want to go and head in that direction?

Hmmm... Now I can't even remove the wrong marker. Has anyone responding to this thread actually TRIED placing a marker outside of the already marked places? There is no option to move markers and right clicking does nothing.

It's been left click for me and yes I'm talking about NON-landmark areas. It'll snap to a landmark if too close but zooming in should help in most cases. If you're still too close after zooming in, just head to the landmark and use cardinal directions to get there.

ok. Could be a bug. I'll keep trying.
