Darn. Really? At work so not able to test suggestions.
Solution: rename Fallout4.exe to Fallout4Launcher.exe
and renane Fallout4Launcher.exe to Fallout4.exe
It will return in previous state after patch or cache verification by the way, but that's not a problem.
No more excercises!

"C:\Games\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Fallout4.exe" %command% -NoLauncher
The location path should direct to your own Fallout 4 folder of course. But this should do the trick! Now enjoy your couch!
<Flies away>
(P.S. Should work for Skyrim and other Bethesda games with launchers as well)
Won't work. It'll just launch the launcher anyway. Try starting the "Fallout.exe"-file instead of the launcher-file. It will jut start the launcher all te same. Try my method instead! :-)
