sD3DDevice="NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970"
If the above line is similar to your card, maybe drop the Ti or maybe drop the space between 750 and Ti
...BUT before you are thinking of adding this line try this first:
- run DXDIAG in Windows Start/Run window
- run DXsetup.exe in your Steam folders' Fallout4/_CommonRedist/DirectX/Jun2010
- reboot your PC
- start the Game, if it works yay, check Options in the launcher, if not working then damnnnn!
- check if the above SD3DDevice line is now in the .ini folder
And you always can set it up by hand (in ini file in worst case. like I did ... actually to make it above max setting, though)
You know you can set the parameters manually?
And if you have done so youll will see if or of not the game runs smoothly.
It is in mean while a known fact that bethesta exaggerated the minimum requirements ... so you should be able to run this even if your are not meeting the requirements ... that are posted literally everywhere. (this forum, Bethesta forum, where ever you bought this game [any decent shop should do at least])
If not then you shouldn't even complain that your below recommended minimum hardware is not able to. Because it is below recommended minimum.
You can do it two ways: 1st you set it to minimum and if it runs smoothly set ip up a notch. if it still does then repeat process utill it doesn't anymore then set back a notch.
Or you start maxed out, and turn it down one notch until it does run smoothly.
This might require expermentation on your side for 1-2 hours until you have soemthing that satisfy you. Anyway until very recent that was the norm for games.
