quick save hotkey?
does anybody know what that button is? because with me i need to save all the time

F5 to save, F9 to load.

F5 and F9 as said, however keep in mind FO4 seems to have a system where quickloading actualy affects the things around you when you load in, especialy where mines/explosives and some enemies are concerned...so either a punishment or benifit depending on your take on it.

When you pause the game one of the menu options is "settings." Go there then click "controls."
There is also a help file on the pause menu.
