Using iFPSCLamp to smooth out stutters
Went and looked at my old skyrim config files and remembered a command which did wonders for the smoothness in that game... and it worked! Game now silky smooth.

If anybody is wondering, you need to open your fallout4.ini file in documents/mygames/fallout4.

Then add "iFPSClamp=60" to the general section.

Works a treat for me. Yay!

Do you notice now with that on though that when your fps drops your game becomes slow motion? I did with this.

Downside to this is that it makes the Vault 114 quest unwinnable, because the vault won't open. Solution would be to disable the clamp setting before entering the subway. Also, mag-locked doors won't open when unlocked via a terminal unless you quicksave right afterwards, which magically makes them open.

Unfortunate, because otherwise it gets rid of the stuttering that makes the game unplayable.

"iFPSClamp=61" has been proven to counteract the vault door bug (and maybe the mag-lock as well?) while retaining the original effect of using "iFPSClamp=60".
