Stuck in a mission, any help?

I'm stuck at the Kill the raiders in Corvega Assembly Plant section of The First Step mission. There's one raider left and I've spent over an hour trying to get to him but he seems to be inside a wall. I had god mode enabled for part of this mission because I accidentally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ my radiation and I don't want to have to make a new game, would god mode have anything to do with it? I can't complete the mission because I can't kill the last raider and I can't abort the mission, so it's either fix this bug or restart the game.

Took me ages to find the way to get the final room.

There's an elevator you need to use to get there. From memory it was on the bottom floor, where the double entrance is at the front of the building.

Anyone finished this quest? I can't find this "elevator" anywhere.

No elevator found. Either I'm completely retarded, or it's just really hard to find. x_x

Basically you need to find stairs up, i didnt use the elevator to get to the final guys

Yeah, I found the stairs rather quickly as soon as I read that tip.

I tried for a while longer and I just couldn't access the place where the last raider was, so I used the killall console command to clear the area and successfully completed the mission.
