South Korea?

I'm living in south korea and all my friends using xbox/ps4 are able to play. Why does it keep saying that it hasn't been released for me?

because steam has it region locked and it hasnt been released in Asian countries yet

Asia unlike other regions, have no special release time, which mean the game will release in the typical time of Steam release games everyday, we are lack of human rights xD

What is this "typical release time?"

Is there some standard time that they unlock the Asian region?

Is there some standard time that they unlock the Asian region?

Im not entirely sure, but games always releases around 1am in Taiwan, I assume it happens when publisher only setting dates on it instead of hours

What's ridiculous is that it's actually been the 10th of November for over 22 hours in South Korea, so actually we only get the game on the 11th of November, which Steam or Bethesda should have mentioned on their store page.

People paid for access today and have not received it.

Yes we can all wait a few hours and its not the end of the world however it's disrepectful to their customers to give us incorrect information and charge us money for something they knew they would not deliver, for whatever stupid region locking reasons.
Some of us rearraigned our schedules to be able to play the game and now we can't.

Poor form.
