What do the stats on armor do?
What does the shield and electricity and biohazzard symbols mean? (I only need to know electricity, but i'm asking incase others need to know)

The Shield is Physical Damage Resistance. The Electricity i'm not 100% on but assume its resistance to either Electricity or Plasma weapons and the Biohazard is Radiation Resistance.

Armor stats are confusing... notice the "+++" or "---" next to the stats when you're scrolling over things; that tells you whether you're gaining radiation/armor protection, or losing it. It doesn't really explain or express it very well. Also of note is that you have different pieces of armor for all body parts... kinda wonky and weird, but no repairs anymore? Again strange mechanics as opposed to the previous games.

Shield, normal weapon resistance
Electricity, energy weapon resistance
Hazard, radiation resistance.
