Pipboy misaligned
got a wierd bug...out of the sudden my pipboy screen is misaligned (was ok before). Now i cant see the left side any more (especially when i try to select a weapon, cant see ♥♥♥♥). I had to change the resolution manually to 1280x1024, but the bug appeared after a while.

another thing: my fps seems to be locked at 38fps? no matter what graphic settings i choose. the game just looks different at 38 fps

edit: the .ini entry reverted the fps unlock. the Pipboy bug still persists

Probably wont help you but I had the same problem I clicked something on the mouse and it zoomed in and wouldn't zoom out again, it was something like middle and left mouse button together or some comination of the mouse buttons anyway as after furiously random mouse cominbations it returned to normal but can't remember what combination it was sorry.

Okay man so I found a fix. whilst having the pipboy open, open up the console and type "FOV 90" and it should fix it for you :)

Changing FOV during pip boy screen did indeed fix the issue, Bump for anyone else who gets this problem.
