Enemies and people not showing up in radar
Like the title, in the old fallout games you could see nearby enemies or NPC's with the colored rectangles at the bottom of the screen. Did they remove that? If not how do i enable it?

Edit: Will it turns out I can see enemies, but i still cant see NPC's on the radar.

Maybe you're not S.P.E.C.I.A.L. enough ;)

Please be more specific, I have perception set to 6 and can not find any perks that say they will help. Awareness was my first guess, but did nothing.

Enemies are shown when they are alerted to your presense. Skyrim system was exactly the same, and since this game is built on skyrim... Make your own conclusions. I believe one of the power armor upgrades allows you to spot enemies like in the old games.

I am having the same problem... No point of having sneak attacks when you don't even know where the enemy is...

Not only that, I can't even identify who's neutral NPC because the radar doesn't show green markings or whatsoever..

I have exactly the same problem with 9 in perception. Is it a bug or a feature? I really hate been ambushed by 10 feral ghouls without any warning!

At this point, I understand how the enemy system works now. The problem still is NPC's not showing up on the compass. That's annoying.

Yeah I don't mind enemies not showing up as blips anymore but the NPCs not appearing is kinda frustrating, when considering looking for quests and things. Would of been nice if they added some kind of perk that let you stand still for 10 seconds and enemies within a certain radius would get marked like what a Recon Scope does or something.

Still, the [Hidden] thing is equally annoying, it's actually counter productive to raise the Sneak perk into the "Silent Running" tier because Sneak originally let you know if other NPCs were nearby by showing their detection status moving up and down...but who knows.

It all works out in the end, right?
