how to restore max health??? need to know badly

It removes the red bar
To restore health get some food (some Rad is in there) or stimpacks Or Drink water in The settlement

You can sleep aswell to heal up.

Rad Away removed radiation. If hunt super mutant hounds, harvest their meat and "Cook" it key word "has to be cooked" that can remove like -50 rads per one you eat, slowly of course. Lastly you can visit a doctor. Super Mutant Hounds meat makes up most of my rad removel on survival mode. lol
